Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include assisting department managers with critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Job expectations include delivering regulatory and executive material and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities.
Line of Business Job Description:
Supports multiple efforts across Global Markets Equity Operations including Equity Channel Management / Continuous Improvement Efforts, Month End Metric Performance Reviews and Equity Operations prioritization for technology PI agile planning. Responsibilities include managing streams of continuous improvement across the global equity teams which involves analysis of performance metrics, identifying action plans and driving global operations teams to implement & remediate identified issues. Role will also create, implement and maintain an inventory of Equity Operations technology requirements and support prioritization with technology to organize and manage the technology delivery plans.
