Responsible for capturing and refining business and/or system requirements (based on specialization). Works with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture their requirements, and then working closely with the Development Team to refine the requirement into specifications that can be executed by the team. Possess a working knowledge of the business and/or technical domain based on their specialization. Leverages experience and understanding of stakeholder needs to help create a solution, envisions the solution to solve a problem (manual or through software). Performs Cost/Benefit Analysis to align the technology to business strategy. Gathers & catalogs functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests. Determines the impact of modifications and enhancements on the application. Acts as the product(s) subject matter expert to support scope and requirement decisions. Ensures changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies. Assists users and development team with application testing and troubleshooting and may help configure test solutions to validate functional and system needs. Identifies, document and troubleshoot application related problems. Documents process, procedures and workflows associated with applications. Leads or participate in continuous improvement efforts; Building expertise in creating, analyzing, and improving processes. Creates, maintains, and presents training materials for end-users. Individual contributor.

This job is responsible for optimizing the flow of release management within the GIS Data Engineering & Analytics space. Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating the Release Management process, managing dependencies, providing visibility into the progression of a Technology Change Request (CRQ), and promoting enterprise change management principles. 

Minimum 3 Years of Experience

Required Skills
•    In partnership with the Development Teams and Scrum Masters, create and manage CRQs with high-quality change detail.
•    Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for CRQ approvals.
•    Ensures impediments to CRQ creation and approvals are resolved quickly and protects the teams from outside disruptions to delivery. 
•    Responsible for providing CRQ status updates and status on delivery/timelines/impediments to stakeholders and leadership.
•    Release preparation, implementation and post implementation activities including communications, CRQ approvals, QA, resource planning, end to end coordination, evidence collection and postproduction verification. 
•    Reduce failure rate of TCRB QA by executing appropriate internal QA routines prior to submission
•    Be a trusted business partner with Production Operations, TCRB, and GIS PMO.
•    Identify opportunities to streamline CRQ processes, and/or improve quality.
•    Ensure and update team on compliance with Enterprise Change policies and guidelines.
•    Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration to support value delivery and honor commitments.
•    Ensure Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements for technology solutions are met.

Desired Skills
•    High level of understanding of Bank of America Enterprise Change and Release Management
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.
•    Attention to detail
•    Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge and/or experience.
•    Effective management of priorities. Ability to juggle multiple demands and reprioritize as necessary to align with changing business objectives.
•    Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other scaling model is desired.

$89,000.00 - $151,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
