The Cyber Threat Evaluation & Prevention Enablement Lead is responsible for implementing and facilitating coordination and governance for the Cyber Threat Defense organization. This includes, but not limited to, identifying and fostering escalations through Governance routines, providing insights across technical teams for playbooks to increase coordination and consistency, driving the identification and implementation of strategy, and participating in discussions with risk partners. This is a functional lead role as it requires insights from subject matter experts across Cyber Threat Defense (i.e., threat intelligence, network defense, malware defense, intrusion defense).
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and lead governance routines with Cyber Threat Defense leadership
• Lead quarterly routines with Cyber Threat Defense partners across GIS, risk and audit to inform partners of threat-led transformations to the function
• Drive discussions across Cyber Threat Defense to increase coordination and consistency across functions and related documentation
• Partner with teammates across Service Delivery to enhance governance routines and process documents
• Identify and implement enhancements and efficiencies for the program
• Support development of Cyber Threat Defense overviews for risk and audit partners
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge and experience in process development and governance.
• Proven leadership in partnering across an organization to develop and drive strategy.
• History of managing both large and small projects.
• Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team, to address concerns and identify solutions.
• A broad knowledge of cyber threat controls.
• Proven experience in managing timelines across multiple deliverables.
• Analytical skills and creative problem solving experience.
• Strong written, powerpoint and oral presentation skills.
• Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding.
• Must have strong leadership skills and qualities which enable you to work with peers and various levels of management.
• Ability to successfully operate in a complex and dynamic environment.
Desired Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Experience with risk and/or regulatory response
• Experience working with executives across the enterprise
• Ability to work with Technical and Non-Technical persons
