Job Description:
Incumbent at this level is a qualified, Equipment Management and Aircraft Sales & Marketing Support Specialist/Market Research Analyst responsible for assisting the GCAF (Global Corporate Aircraft Finance) Head of Asset Management with all aspects of Equipment Management and Aircraft Dispositions; possess knowledge of the corporate aviation field, expertise/familiarity with FAA requirements, aircraft maintenance programs and lease documentation.

Responsibilities:

The candidate for this position will assist the GCAF Head of Asset Management with the following:

  • In depth corporate aircraft market research
  • Monitor and track changes in the market for targeted aircraft makes and models
  • Provide support for portfolio management of inventory aircraft
  • Sales support for redeployment of non-earning assets through aircraft sale or re-lease
  • Aircraft sales transaction management oversight
  • Coordinate marketing activities with listing agents
  • Manage the B of A website
  • Support/monitor aircraft operations functions including storage, insurance, maintenance, inspections, modifications and refurbishment
  • Expense monitoring, tracking, processing and reporting
  • Assist in strategies to redeploy assets as the market and composition of the inventory change
  • Prepare month end reports detailing activity related to the managed assets

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years Corporate Aircraft Industry experience in any of the following areas: Corporate Aircraft Market Research, Business Aviation/Aircraft Management/Maintenance, Business Aviation/Aircraft Sales, Corporate Aircraft Operations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Interest in general aviation/corporate aviation.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Minnesota pay range:

$89,700.00 - $145,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
