Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London’s greenest boroughs. Here you’ll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.
Role Description:
Here in our Bromley office, we are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join the Registration & Distribution team who can communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a hugely important administrative role with which would ideally suit someone looking to start their career in International Trade Finance. Our back-office processing team in India are a key stakeholder and working closely together is needed to ensure we deliver a first-class experience to both our business partners and Clients. Performs a variety of administrative functions to support the entire Trade Finance Team.
Responsibilities:
• Receipt and dispatch of Trade related documentation
• Scanning of all documents into system of record and maintain originals in the record room
• Handle basic Client queries
• Assist with monthly reporting on volume trends to management
• Reconciliation of pending documents and drive resolution
• Maintain MIS for inbound and outbound courier
• General point of contact to the post room and courier services
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree (desirable) or Equivalent experience
• Good Customer Service skills
• Ability to handle administrative tasks logging client contact and query details
• Team player and ability to prioritize work
• Self-starter and experience with working on tight deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Current Trade Finance experience is required
