Key responsibilities include developing new models, analytic processes, or systems approaches, creating technical documentation for related activities, and working with Technology staff in the design of systems to run models developed. The Quantitative Strategies Group at Bank of America is seeking Associate or VP for open positions of Quantitative Strategist to be based in New York, covering the Equity Derivatives trading desks. As part of this role you will work in an exciting, fast-paced environment, working closely with traders and others to improve the performance of existing models and to develop new ones. Our goal is to develop and deliver the best-in-class analytical abilities so that our business partners can better serve client needs and improve profitability.
This role is very technical in nature and requires in-depth knowledge of mathematical modeling, programming languages, and understanding of finance and derivatives. In this role you will
There will be opportunities of daily interaction with the trading desks as well as working closely with our Risk, Finance, Middle Office, and Technology partners.
