Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading production in Global Data and Reporting Operations (Cadastro). Key responsibilities include managing daily account set up related activities to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Job expectations include balancing caseloads, serving as a liaison with sales working with client outreach teams to obtain documents, and assisting in implementing new processes to improve the overall operating model. Also this role will be responsible for the active participation on the Core Area’s BAU activities such as account set up, maintenances and refresh and all the respective controls and supervision.
Responsibilities:
Leads Global Markets and banking RDS team (account set up), supporting the execution of day-to-day activities while adhering to timelines and requirements;
Conducts daily tasks and applies judgement during decision making, ensuring all operations are carried out in an appropriate and effective matter;
Balances case workloads across team members based on skillset and capacity and actively work on BAU when necessary;
Partners with sales and other operational teams to remove impediments and roadblocks within processes and agree on prioritizations;
Assists in efforts to identify and escalate issues and concerns within processes to ensure timely mitigation of risks;
Supports the implementation of new processes to improve the overall operating model;
This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates, not exclusively;
Manager of Process & Data: Demonstrates and expects process knowledge, data driven decisions, simplicity and continuous improvement;

Providing support for business and operations on questions;
Proactively identifies risk and opportunities for process improvement based on an understanding the work impacts other units;
Monitor and controls deliverables , BAU or tests.
