About the Role

The ideal candidate is a data-driven product manager with solid grounding in UX principles and hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and technologies. The role requires a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, comfort operating in a matrix organization, the ability to lead by influence, and a strong focus on value delivery. You must be comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders, from senior management to engineers to legal and compliance teams, across multiple regions and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle for GenAI and data-driven solutions—from concept development to delivery and continuous iteration
  • Translate complex workflows into clear requirements, prototypes, and strategic roadmaps while shaping product strategies grounded in user needs, ROI, and platform scalability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, quants, and business users to deliver integrated tools that drive value across front-to-back workflows and foster adoption across global markets functions
  • Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and value proposition to all stakeholders, securing buy-in and resources to ensure successful execution
  • Partner with businesses across various geographic regions to understand local requirements while maintaining a cohesive global product strategy

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of product management experience, including successful delivery of internal digital tools or platforms
  • Strong end-to-end product management skills: gathering user requirements, defining MVPs, setting priorities, and delivering production-ready solutions with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Understanding of GenAI capabilities and concepts with demonstrated experience in the Generative AI application landscape
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to effectively engage senior management, engineering teams, and legal/compliance stakeholders
  • Experience working across global teams and adapting to regional variations in business needs and workflows

Preferred

  • Experience with GenAI products and capital markets or financial services knowledge
  • Technical background with SQL/Python working knowledge and prompt engineering expertise
  • Comfort operating in an Agile framework using JIRA and Wiki tools for product documentation and project management
  • Experience driving technology adoption across geographically dispersed teams

New York pay range:

$200,000.00 - $225,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
