Your background
- Trade Knowledge required
- Qualifications – CA/MBA with 10-12 years of trade experience
- Good Computer, Analytical & Accounting skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage volumes with accuracy and handle pressure
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Ability to manage a team and ensure work completion within stiff time deadlines
What you can expect
- Support business objectives in Trade Finance area through adherence to all internal & external procedures & customer service orientation.
- Ensure compliance with reporting / response deadlines
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to laid down Compliance and Regulatory guidelines
- Responsible for maintaining good rapport with branches and business teams
- Timely resolution of queries and follow-up on documentary exceptions
- Regular Interaction with Stakeholders for job related activities
- Preparation of Internal and Customer related MIS as per the requirement.
- Managing a team.
- Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity etc.
