Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
Position Summary:
Digital Payments is embarking on a massive transformation of our payment capabilities in Online, Mobile, and Erica. This multi-year program will include both new and rebuilt transfer and payment functions that will significantly streamline our customer's digital payment experiences.
This position will support the Payments and Transfers experience in Online Banking.
Candidate will collaborate with QA, Developers, PMs, Business partners and other related teams to manage the testing execution of the overall project across all impacted applications. Candidate will conduct testing workgroup meetings with all the impacted applications to ensure that the release timelines and the execution goals are met. Test execution will include all applications, both internal and external to CFPT, including vendors.
Candidate is responsible for collaborating with the project management team and tracking on-time closure of all dependencies so testing timelines are not compromised and all facets of testing are being tracked and kept in check for the release. Candidate will be held accountable to make sure that teams follow the defect management guidelines and that the defect aging is kept in adherence to audit requirements. The candidate will be responsible for reporting on a daily basis to the leadership team.
Candidate will be responsible for:
-Communicate effectively within the team and escalate as necessary
-Daily reporting on defects and test execution status to Senior Leaders
-Prioritizing LoB issues and concerns for quick resolution by tech teams
-Leading triages to resolve any blocking defects
