Job Description:
Responsible for taking a leadership role in driving consistent execution of fiduciary management policies, procedures and practices across fiduciary book of accounts. Plans and organizes resources to ensure account-specific and systemic issues are identified and addressed consistently and in a timely manner. Maintains close relationships with business partner executives to assist senior leaders to balance business strategy with fiduciary management responsibilities and to ensure significant issues and trends are effectively communicated and acted upon.

Desired Quantifications:

  • Requires a thorough knowledge of the business line's functional structure and products/services set.  Working knowledge of fiduciary principles and their application to internal policies and procedures.
  • Bachelor's Degree, J.D. Preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years trust/fiduciary background
  • Strong verbal & written presentation skills, including all Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the business
  • Proven ability to meet organizational objectives
  • Ability to leverage resources across the organization, driving collaboration and cooperation in order to achieve results

New York pay range:

$100,100.00 - $164,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
