Job Description:
Assigned as permanent hires to any of the client management, capital raising product areas (GCIB) in sales function. Actively participates on specific client and deal teams. Initially, activities are focused on financial and statistical analysis, development of client presentation, and structuring and execution activities. As they develop their client relationship skills, start to assume business development or product advisory and specialist responsibilities. Within some businesses, may involve initial rotation through a number of product areas before permanent assignment. Generally, these are individuals who received MBAs in 2025, or are high performing analysts who have completed the analyst program and were promoted into this position at its conclusion.

New York pay range:

$110,000.00 - $175,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
