Job Description:
Directs, develops and manages product/pricing/delivery/research/channel strategies for a category of products or service level. Responsible for full product marketing cycle for specified product categories. May be responsible for hiring, managing, training and developing associates.
Requires a thorough knowledge of Practice Solutions business unit's functional area and working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, grow and deepen relationships from a corporate level with external/internal COIs, associations and affinity partners
- Support partner to Sales Division Executives, RBDOs, EBDOs and LOB Executives to ensure uniform communication on strategies and initiatives
- Manage marketing budget for sales team to participate in national, regional and local events
- Coordinate and executive educational seminars and networking events
- Responsible for presentation of COI performance updates to COIs, Sales Division Executive and LOB executives
