Role Description:

The function is responsible for being the first point of contact for Treasury clients submitting implementation of treasury, cash management, card, merchant and depository product requests via email channel, and phone. Key responsibilities include handling end-to-end processing for moderately complex implementations and ensuring engagement of internal business partners (e.g. Sales & Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Compliance and Operations) as appropriate.

We are recruiting for an individual to join our newly formed team of associates responsible for the completion of Inline Quality Assurance, based across Chester and Bromley. The team will cover the internal review of proposed EMEA region account openings and treasury solution implementations for Clients, who have chosen Bank of America for their treasury & cash management products and services.

As a part of the Inline Quality Assurance team the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn a wide range of treasury products, apply critical thinking and continuously look for process improvements in order to mitigate risk.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews standard and common Treasury product packages for clients.
• Responds to Inline Quality Assurance requests received by email and questions from internal partners.
• Conducts research using various bank systems to enable response to ILQA related questions and inquiries.
• Completes Quality Assurance Checks on Treasury Products and Services.
• Provides structured feedback and supporting information to associates in real-time.
• Supports the reviews of errors, to identify key themes and develop coaching and training sessions to improve performance.
• Partners with colleagues across the department to implement required changes to procedures and processes to mitigate risk.
