Job Responsibilities:
The Treasury Product Manager will support multiple efforts and initiatives across Core Cash Management products in LATAM with a dedicated focus on risk management activities as well as supporting LATAM Sales as a product specialist for our payments capabilities. This role will support product governance routines, ensuring that regional product processes and controls are well executed and that metrics and key performance indicators are captured for control assessment. Additional responsibilities include:
Reviewing market and regulatory trends across LATAM including non-presence countries
Recommend improvements to existing business strategies and product roadmap
Support risk management exercises including risk assessments, internal and external exams, and remediation of risk issues
Support change management exercises including assisting in the management of the LATAM investment program and coordinating responses at regional level
Provide training to LATAM Sales on new features and functionalities and develop client-facing product commercialization materials
Job Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in treasury services
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Sense of ownership and urgency, proactive and hands-on approach
Ability to lead and handle sensitive discussions
Highly organized with ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
Interpersonal skills to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with partners from different functional areas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to support analytical and presentation needs
Ability to analyze large sets of data and present findings.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Fluency in Portuguese preferred
