In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview:

Change Management -Transaction Reporting is responsible for performing UAT and remediation of all transaction reporting related open issues and regulatory initiatives. Teams in Chester and India provide a more global coverage and work with TR Operations teams. New permanent role within the organization to be part of the testing and remediation team and operate for Transaction Reporting.

Job Description

Create, Perform and execute controls for remediation group for Version Control and software configuration management from DevOps perspective.

Support on project commitments and goals, on-time and with agreed upon scope.

Support UAT for regulatory reporting systems that require functional and automated regression testing.

Perform thorough testing of sprint Jiras in a timely manner.

Provide updates on test results, raise any risks, issues or failed test cases, and propose recommended solutions as needed.

Develop detailed test cases that include positive, negative, and regression test cases. Clearly document test objectives, expected results, test trade details, and actual results.

 This is a very hands-on role, ideal for someone with drive and willingness to learn and adapt

Responsibilities

Implements and maintains standard procedures and templates.

Creates and executes detailed controls for version control

Perform Testing of the controls and executes test cases across different product workstreams.

Identifies and documents project risks, issues and completed milestones.

Requirements

Education: Post graduation 

Experience: Techno functional experience across DevOps and transaction reporting.

Foundational Skill:

2-3 years work experience of knowledge and experience with version control, basic DevOps practices and tools

2-3 years work experience of Working with tools like Jenkins/GIT

4-5 years of overall work experience with regulatory jurisdictions like EMIR/CFTC/MAS/ASIC/HKMA

Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets in Excel.

Excellent organizational skills to track many concurrent activities.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and assess relative priority among competing issues.

Desired Skill:

Ability to assess and mitigate risks and dependencies.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Work Timings - 12.30 PM to 09.30 PM
