Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing standard operations support for numerous products across multiple lines of business. Key responsibilities include providing quality service and support to business partners and customers. Job expectations include delivering on daily assigned tasks according to established procedures and prescribed processes under general supervision, referring more complex problems and transactions for guidance and resolution.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will perform routine processing functions under close supervision, with decisions having minimal impact on internal and external customer relationships. Candidate will also be involved in post-execution trade processing, which includes validating, affirming, sending confirmations to counterparties, enter settlements as a maker, process fees and billing. Candidate will support the processing of trades to comply with DTPs and ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Exceptional ability to follow up with diligence and professionalism, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and relationships are maintained with clients.
Keen eagerness to learn and acquire in-depth knowledge and insights about the products handled at the desk.
Highly versatile, able to adapt quickly to different roles, tasks and challenges with efficiency and confidence
Previous experience of work in Foreign Exchange and knowledge of Related Circulars will be a added advantage∙
Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate
Good understanding of the accounting principles
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
