Job Description:
This job is responsible for resolving research and adjustment inquiries within the bank's practices and procedures. Key responsibilities include maintaining internal operational and financial controls and ensuring that they are observed for all assigned cases. Job expectations include ensuring that all cases are resolved in compliance with industry regulations and bank procedures, integrity levels of the department's case management system, and financial controls, and escalating matters or issues to leadership to ensure minimum risk occurs.

Line of Business Job Description:

A position demonstrating deep expertise in a multi-skilled environment performing processes for the extraction/capture within Retail Loan Check Processing.  The position requires an individual who is production and quality focused and capable of working in a high volume and demanding continuous production environment. 

Shift: 2nd Shift Tuesday-Saturday 10:00am-6:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Works on daily incoming exceptions and maintains aged exceptions to a minimum

  • Enters daily entries through internet based applications

  • Performs routine or complex account maintenance depending on client account type

  • Maintains high-volume portfolios

  • Investigates and resolves issues and requests

  • Basic level reporting

  • Reviewing and processing transactions for posting, sorting using electronic or mechanical equipment

  • Reconciling

  • Cross educating peers

  • Maintains internal operational and financial controls and ensures they meet bank standards

  • Ensures quality service, effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers/clients

  • Associates will be fully trained in and aware of 5S and Lean Principles as well as Operational Control Risk and will be expected to routinely fully comply and exhibit behaviors consistent with 5S, Lean and Risk Mitigation

Required Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong typing proficiency

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with ability to meet deadlines

  • Exhibit excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Overtime will be required at times given volume
