Job Description:

The Sales Support Associate (SSA) is a critical role that supports PSB sales strategies to grow and maintain client relationships. The SSA will support multiple Client Managers in managing their portfolios by ensuring clients are properly onboarded.  SSAs are the primary point of contact for clients to help them navigate the Bank, open & close accounts, and day-to-day support, issue escalation and resolution

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for customer due diligence processes by ensuring timely and accurate compliance KYC policy and regulatory requirements
  • Primary escalation contact for service-related issues
  • Coordinates client requests for account openings / closings
  • Working with internal partners to ensure client delight, retention, and deepening client relationships.
  • Leading core sales routines and analytics
  • Manage the sales pipeline accuracy ensuring deals are properly classified
  • Accountable for accuracy of sales data within various systems
  • Coordinate meetings with the Client Management by focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships through identification of client needs
  • Assist clients in navigating the bank by being a liaison with Treasury Sales Associates, Client Service, Credit and other internal partners

Illinois pay range:

$29.99 - $46.00 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
