Job Description:
Eager professional responsible for developing and maintaining a strategic relationship with Segment Business Manager and partners to support initiatives, marketing collateral and communication needs of the Segment and Leaders.

  • Minimum of 8+ years related work experience; experience in leasing, equipment finance a plus, but not required.
  • Prioritize strategic initiatives in conjunction with the Business Manager, aligning resources to develop marketing collateral and routines needed to execute banker and client requests
  • Develop, prepare and maintain marketing materials for banker and client pitches and other sales related events and routines in partnership with Business Managers, Segment Leasing Managers and Originators
  • Communicate and leverage information regarding various business segment information for the benefit of other Leasing lines of businesses
  • Partner with other Sales Support team members to keep broader team informed and coordinated
  • Ongoing support of business segment controllable expenses
  • Support meeting, conference, and event activity of the Segment
  • Degree preferred or Equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Clear and articulate written and oral communication skills, to include strong listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Intermediate PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel
  • Strong inter-personal and organizational skills
  • Able to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with support relationship experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to ask questions with a strong desire to broaden scope and learn
  • Limited travel
  • Preferred locations -New York, Chicago, Charlotte, Providence; will consider other Leasing hub offices
