Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of GPS Business Banking Sales, the Treasury Sales Manager is responsible for leading a high performance team to drive GTS growth across the 16 markets that comprise the Central/Southwest Business Banking region. This includes development of new business, expansion of existing business with strong focus on responsible growth. The TSM manages a team of TSOs and TSCOs and is accountable for revenue and pipeline growth, client targeting/selection/calling, portfolio development, pricing, client planning in close partnership with the BB LOB. Some travel required.
Drives revenue execution and profitability growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting clients with both strategic and tactical needs within the region of coverage
Consults and strategizes across LOB Relationship Management, Sales, Product, Client Services and Fulfillment, Operations, Risk, Legal and Compliance, and Marketing to drive client based solutions
Provides strategic guidance and influence in client deepening and client acquisition initiatives
Maintains good client relationships and identifies business opportunities through effective interaction with Line of business partners
Available for unlimited client interactions and helps drive broadened relationships with on-site or virtual meetings, industry conferences, roundtables, and client events
Maintains a client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of the bank's structure

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
8+ years of experience in serving and selling sophisticated treasury solutions to complex clients
Experience with managing distributed sales teams domestically.
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience with 40-60% travel
Strong risk identification, management skills, and business origination skills
Strong executive presence both internally/externally
In-depth knowledge of Treasury function and services, with emphasis on CashPro
Ability to navigate rapidly changing competitive landscape
Solid strategic thinking to create and advance global treasury solutions with clients
