Job Description:

This job is responsible for providing administrative and account servicing activities for fiduciary and trust client relationships. Key responsibilities include serving as a trust product expert, helping to identify opportunities for expanded product penetration in existing books of business, and supporting administrative client account/relationship servicing. Job expectations include acting as an additional point of contact to clients and supporting other service associates as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Supports Trust and Estate Officers with administrative and account servicing activities for fiduciary and trust clients, while applying knowledge of trust products to support the execution of client transactions

• Serves as an additional point of contact to clients and/or as backup for the Trust Officers, servicing account questions and resolving service issues including investment management and trust accounts, money movement, discretionary actions, resolving compliance metrics exceptions, Client Maintenance Tool updates

• Identifies new business opportunities for expanded penetration of Private Bank capabilities within the client's current book of business, while assisting other service associates as needed

• Coordinates the internal delivery of trust services through the appropriate channels within the Fiduciary Services and/or Trust Operations groups

• Partners with the Trust office on general day-to-day administration functions for maintaining investment management and trust accounts

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with a financial institution focusing on high net worth client service and sales

  • Trust administration experience desired

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Law desired

Connecticut pay range:

$29.83 - $43.75 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
