The Global Corporate Banking Subsidiaries team (CBKS), as part of Corporate Banking, brings together corporate bankers globally to fully integrate our Corporate Banking product capabilities with our global clients. Our team is dedicated to understanding the unique competitive and operating environments of our clients internationally, and to building strong and enduring client relationships. Job Description
Based in New York City or Chicago, the successful candidate will manage client relationships and develop solutions for a portfolio of US subsidiaries with parent companies predominantly headquartered in Europe. This role formally reports to Chris Impey, Global Head of Corporate Banking Subsidiaries with a dotted line, for day-to-day activities, to Sean Keck, Managing Director US Corporate Banking Subsidiaries.
A significant part of the role will focus on the conversion of new prospects in coordination with EMEA CBK in particular, in addition to managing a dynamic portfolio of existing clients. This is an important part of the CBKS growth strategy with an expectation that these new clients will have significant credit exposure and transactional banking needs.
The role will focus on cross-selling all of the Bank’s corporate banking products including Cash and Liquidity Management, working capital and trade solutions (cards, supply chain finance, receivables financing), Credit/Loans, Leasing, Capital Markets, FX, Rates and Commodities.
