Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading a nationwide team of Treasury Sales Officers that manage a portfolio of clients within the Global Commercial Banking division, specifically focused on not-for-profit healthcare, higher education and charitable organizations. Job expectations include leading financial performance of the group, strategic positioning of solution to the market, serving as executive sponsor on key relationships, building partnerships with business partners and key client decision makers, and providing product expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
Drives revenue execution and profitability growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting clients with both strategic and tactical needs within the region of coverage
Consults and strategizes across Sales, Client Services and Fulfillment, Operations, Risk, Legal and Compliance, and Marketing to drive client based solutions and coordination for complex proposals/client presentations with the Treasury Sales Office
Provides strategic guidance and influence in annual Client Planning by core relationships and top-prospective clients
Maintains good client relationships and identifies business opportunities through effective interaction with internal business partners and effectively cross selling other products/bank's global capabilities
Provides unlimited client interactions and broadens relationships with on-site or virtual meetings, industry conferences, roundtables, and client events
Maintains a client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of the bank's structure

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience in serving and selling sophisticated treasury solutions to complex clients
Extensive knowledge of the healthcare segment (payors, providers, supply chain)
Experience with managing distributed sales teams domestically
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience with 40-60% travel
Strong risk identification, management skills, and business origination skills
Strong executive presence both internally/externally
In-depth knowledge of Treasury function and services, with emphasis on CashPro
Ability to navigate rapidly changing competitive landscape
Solid strategic thinking to create and advance global treasury solutions with clients
