Role Description:
As part of the Bank’s commitment to be a Great Place to Work, we are looking for an experienced Benefits Specialist for Ireland to deliver and manage our flexible benefits programme.. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a wide range of benefit plans and policies to support the Bank’s people strategy. We are also looking for expertise to help shape and deliver on the Bank’s Wellbeing strategy and a number of key projects. You will be accountable for the successful design, delivery, financial management, communication and/or administration of one or more of the health & welfare, work/life and retirement programs for the Bank. Independently evaluates existing product or program cost, effectiveness and usage, and designs recommended improvements.
Responsibilities:
Depth of technical understanding of insurance contracts and risk principles; you will have
previously been responsible for assessing risk and negotiating risk contracts with insurers
for large employers.
• Solid experience in health insurance contracts and health services with focus on
measuring the ROI.
• Exceptional attention of detail along with experience of governance models for effective
benefits management.
• Experience of working in a large multi-national organisation within a matrix structure and
multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in producing effective communications to engage and educate employees and
senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timely delivery
of stakeholders and partners.
• Solid experience of working with flexible benefits providers, understand scheme design
and configuration of flexible benefits plans and programs.
• Experienced in benchmarking benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and
developing plan changes to meet benchmark requirements
