The Team
Opportunity for a Liquidity Product Manager to join the Global Liquidity Management team which is responsible for developing innovative cash management solutions.
You will be responsible for Liquidity Management products across EMEA and Project Management of technology enhancements of the Liquidity product set. This includes responsibility for existing products and new developments, managing the products throughout the life cycle, the relevant products P&L in line with defined budgets and plans.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Product Development:
Key role within Liquidity Product Management to drive product innovations and manage the liquidity development roadmap to grow our proposition internationally.
Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behaviour.
Perform market research to understand the local needs and requirements for product improvements.
Execute on product development roadmap with Product Managers and Sales.
Develop product strategy and business plans to secure funding for new products/enhancements to existing products.
Manage product changes throughout the development life cycle and ensure adherence to risk & compliance guidelines.
Project Management:
Manage stakeholder relationships to drive international development, including driving forward change with our Technology teams.
Oversee project execution, of defined project tasks through tracking of deliverables and their statuses and measuring progress and communicating project statuses and progress effectively.
Product Management:
Day-to-day management of product activities across Liquidity Products.
Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiencies of processes.
Conduct and update regular product reviews and risk assessments in line with regional governance.
Evaluate, monitor, and mitigate product risks and ensure compliance to any relevant regulations.
Produce and monitor daily and monthly reports of key performance indicators (KPI) to manage and drive Product P&L revenue target and identify emerging balance and revenue trends.
Develop and drive commercialisation strategy for product suite and for international product development roadmap as part of wider value proposition.
Balance sheet management support.
What we are looking for
Banking knowledge, including thorough understanding of liquidity management, including liquidity structures, interest rates and foreign exchange strategy.
Ability to drive revenue opportunities for products across client base as well as client strategy.
Experience in developing business marketing and communication strategy.
Proven successful track record of new product development and solid understanding of product lifecycle methodology.
Good understanding of the risks related to liquidity products and solutions.
Knowledge of tax and regulatory landscape related to liquidity in EMEA.
Ability to foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, driving and maintaining relationships and partnering with product leads across the product development lifecycle.
Strong financial, analytical, and strategic skills.
Proven product, operational or business management experience.
Effective project management skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong presentation, consultative and relationship skills.
