This job is responsible for providing specialized and personalized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients through the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings at each stage of the client's life plan. Key responsibilities include acquiring new and deepening existing client relationships by conducting client meetings and presenting customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Job expectations include effectively balancing sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care by leveraging specialized expertise.

As a Business Solutions Advisor at Bank of America, my job is being the on-site business specialist able to fulfill emerging business owners and small business client’s business and personal needs. I conduct client-centric Business Priorities meetings and leverage an appointment setting contact strategy to fulfill the financial needs of our business client’s financial priorities.

Between building lasting relationships with clients, working with my peers in the Financial Center, attending team meetings, and working with business partners, I stay pretty busy. My work week extends from Monday to Saturday, depending on my clients’ needs.
It’s critical that I keep up to date on our products, services, tools, and resources to best serve my clients. I’m always working to learn and develop my skill set.
