Global Banknotes Operations is a business unit within Global Banking Operations. Global Banknotes Operations is unrivalled in the scale and scope of the locations that it operates from with multiple locations in the Europe, Americas and Asia / Pacific. The Global Banknotes Operations business unit in Europe is a small team of people with the main place of work being a remote vendor location away from the main Bank of America offices. The team are an integral part of the end to end operations fulfilment production line and part of a much larger Global team that support the Banknotes Operations business. The APAC Banknotes business at Bank of America has been attracting investment in the product and continued growth in the client base. This business growth has had the incremental effect of establishing the need for additional employees and responsibilities to be required.
Individual contributor role that demonstrates leadership qualities. Ensures quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area’s internal business partners and/or external customers/clients. Performs all the functions required at the Sr. Ops Operation analyst and typically acts as a workflow coordinator and/or a subject matter expert. Able to prioritize and distribute daily work to meet deadlines and goals. Demonstrates a good working knowledge of the processes and procedures and the ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
