Job Description:

This role will be responsible for the coordination and active participation on the Core Area’s BAU activities such as the corporate documentation analysis, signatures validation, agreements formalization and judicial orders maintenance. Key responsibilities include providing quality service and effective operations support for internal business partners and support areas. Expected  seniority to work in a moderate level of independence and good judgement for escalations and concerns/opportunities sharing.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, managing, and coordinating documentation analysis with the team;

  • Providing support for business and operation departments for documentation related questions;

  • Proactively identifies risk and opportunities for process improvement based on an understanding the work impacts other units;

  • Monitor and control deliverables, BAU or tests.

Skills:

  • Documentation Analysis proven experience;

  • Brazilian Legal Legislation Knowledge;

  • Client Focus;

  • Excellent communications skills, written or spoken;

  • Team player and ability to work under pressure;

  • Problem Solving;

  • English mandatory (written and spoken).
