Process Overview*
Leads the development of the next generation of integrated technology solutions for the company’s consumer and wealth management client-facing channels. Manages the bank’s award-winning websites and e-Commerce initiatives. Responsible for the technology that drives key client-facing platforms and channels across Retail, Preferred, and GWIM including our Digital, Online, Mobile, Contact Center and Voice, Payments and Commerce, Fraud, Financial Center and Architecture Technologies.
Job Description*
Candidate will be part of a Kanban team which is handling critical .Net enhancements, SQL changes, NPT and RISE remediation for 15+ AIT's in Desktop team. Candidate will have to analyze, prioritize, and work on these crucial time sensitive deliverables, necessitating coordination with 20+ agile teams.
Candidate will focus on timely NPT deliverables and lead production readiness and deployment, triage issues and provide solutions proactively.
Candidate will be part of Global Delivery model and responsible to apply industry proven development approaches to achieve scalable, maintainable & reusable applications.
Responsibilities*
1. Implement crucial .NET enhancements for Tier 1 application, ensuring performance and functionality improvements.
2. Lead and manage platform upgrades to maintain system compatibility and leverage new features.
3. Address and remediate NPT issues, improving overall system efficiency and minimizing downtime.
4. Oversee upgrades to the existing technology stack, ensuring the adoption of modern tools and technologies.
5. Adhere to and promote engineering excellence protocols, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
6. Ensure production deployment readiness by conducting thorough testing, validation, and risk assessment before go-live.
