Process Overview*
Credit center Initiative: Create integrated, consolidated, cross-business global lending and reporting platforms that simplifies and improves the end-to-end credit processes using salesforce.com, ETL, and Mule technologies. The Credit Center SIM, WC ADS and Loan Accounting (Loan IQ) programs are integral dependencies of the Wholesale Credit Transformation Strategy.
Job Description*
Following established written procedures, guidelines, and techniques, develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains, and debugs software applications that support business units or support functions. Individual contributor role; fully competent to work under general direction on the most complex projects, often on multiple phases, and seeks guidance and direction from more senior associates or manager, as needed. Working knowledge of business or function for which application is designed. Often responsible for the completion of a phase of a project. Provides guidance and checks the work of less experienced associates.
Responsibilities*
• Work with onsite team to determine needs and apply/customize existing technology to meet those requirements.
• Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
• Maintain and support multiple projects and deadlines.
• Document and report application specifics.
• Create technical specifications and test plans.
• Provide weekend on call support during application releases.
