Location Overview:

Role Description:

Leads the development of independent risk management monitoring and testing activities to assess Liquidity Risk in Bank of America's International businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to development of liquidity risk coverage plans and execution of independent risk monitoring, testing and risk assessments
  • Assists in the development of independent risk management reporting for respective area(s) of coverage as input into governance and management routines
  • Assists with the development, maintenance and oversight of policies and standards to ensure regulatory and operational risk requirements are appropriately addressed
  • Monitors the regulatory environment to identify regulatory changes applicable to liquidity-related legislation
  • Assists in identifying, aggregating, reporting, escalating, inspecting and challenging remediation plans, and performing thematic analysis on issues and control enhancements
  • Assists in remediating CFO and Data COR “owned” issues and control enhancements, particularly those with a focus on liquidity risk
  • Reviews and challenges the Single Process Inventory (SPI) and FLU/CF Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
  • Supports the review and challenge of the RDA Report Inventory
  • Assists with the development of risk metrics, monitors related performance and breach remediation

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience in Liquidity Risk Management
  • Experience in 2nd line compliance / operational risk highly desirable
  • Logical thinker with excellent technical skills
  • A flexible and solution oriented perspective, and a determination and desire to find answers to complex issues
  • Excellent written and verbal  communication
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
