Process Overview*

Client Facing Platform Technology team is responsible for technology that drives key client-facing platforms and channels across Consumer, Small Business, and GWIM including the Digital, Online, Mobile, Contact Center, Payments and Commerce, Fraud, Financial Center and ATM Technologies. Job Description*

This role requires to design, develop and deploy time critical initiative projects in Authentication technologies under Authhub team, perform Feature lead role. The role is responsible for

ü  Providing leadership, technical direction, and oversight to a team as they deliver technology solutions.

ü  Developing solutions and processes for delivering features based on their knowledge of design/architectural patterns and Agile/DevOps practices.

ü  Ensures the systems design and requirements are aligned to achieve the desired business outcomes, and that team practices and coding/quality principles are aligned to achieve the desired technology outcomes.

ü  Must have built significant experience in authentication platforms through multiple implementations with both depth and breadth in a number of technical competencies.

ü  To be an individual contributor to the identified stories

Taking primary ownership for Integrated and Independent quarterly Project releases and involving all high level meetings with onsite team.

Responsibilities*
Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop and release solutions to given requirements
  • Assign and guide team members on stories.
  • Support team members for technical challenges / domain process flow.
  • Involve in Design level / story level changes meeting with onsite team.
  • Participating in regular technical discussion calls.
  • SME (Subject Matter expert) in Authentication mechanisms and architecture
  • Pulling Feature level stories and delivering it (Feature lead role )
  • Closely working with onsite team for deliverables ( Feature grooming /  story grooming / architecture design / sprint planning  meetings )
  • Innovate and develop Automated tools for faster development

Requirements

Education*

  • Graduation / Post Graduation

Experience Range*

9 to 13 years

Foundational skills*

  • At least 8+ years of experience in Development and designing solutions.
  • 5 years’ experience in Java, Spring Framework, Oracle, HTML coding
  • 2 Years of experience in multiple Cloud platforms, migration to cloud experinece
  • Knowledge of Authentication Omni channels, Java authentication frameworks
  • Deep understanding of OO design, strong programming skills with Java
    •           Knowledge of using one or multiple J2EE application servers
    •           Experience of using relational database and SQL skills
    •           Expert Knowledge on HTML, CSS, ADA, JavaScript and JQuery
    •           Experience with development models such as Agile and SDLC
    •           Knowledge of test driven development
    •           Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment
    •           Familiar with development tools Perforce, Maven, Eclipse or similar tools
    •           Experience working with the global delivery model
