In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.
Process Overview*
Enterprise Payments Technology – Global Business Services team is involved in Architecture, Development & Testing. EPT provide critical services to our customers and clients such as Zelle, Digital Wallets, Debit Card Purchase, Bill Payments, Merchant Acquiring, International and Domestic Remittances, Mortgage Payments, and Scheduled Transfers. The team is playing a crucial role in transformational initiatives and maintaining merchant services and digital payments changes. We are adopting API first approach for developing the solutions. Platform Stability as part of Never Down is also a focus area due to the need for high availability of the payment’s platform for our customers. The India team is spread across 4 locations in India - Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad and Mumbai.
Job Description*
The person will be responsible to lead & manage one or more engineering teams which are involved in Design, Development & Prototype of Payments, and Merchant services applications. He / She needs to be a competent tech leader with hands on experience on Java/JEE, Spring related frameworks, API led development and need to have good Leadership, communication skills and very good payment domain knowledge. The individual will be accountable & responsible for managing the technical delivery, and end to end execution across multiple technology teams for large programs working closely with the U.S. leadership team for the planned releases of new functionality. The individual needs to handle strategic partner delivery teams to have one integrated delivery for the program.
