Responsibilities:

  • Create complex financial models and various financial analyses (e.g., capital structure, capital allocation, acquisition finance, etc.).

  • Prepare and drive content of presentation materials for clients, including pitch book, lender and investor presentations.

  • Actively participate in client meetings and responsible for establishing and deepening relationships with clients.

  • Manage execution processes for financing transactions by communicating with core and extended client team members as well as coordinating with internal partners.

  • Perform comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research, developing industry specific expertise.

  • Participate in the recruitment, development and training of junior resources.

  • Identify banking needs for Technology, Media and Telecom clients and present relevant product solutions including capital raising, cash management and risk management.

  • Execute financing transactions including syndicated credit facilities, leasing facilities, equity and debt capital markets transactions.

  • Deliver financial analyses including financial modeling and peer benchmarking analysis, to facilitate client decision-making.

  • Prepare pitch books, meeting materials, lender and fixed income investor presentations.

  • Navigate complex processes including credit approvals, capital commitment committees, and Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer assignments.

  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related; and

  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related finance occupation.

  • Must have 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related finance occupation.

  • Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Identifying banking needs for Technology, Media and Telecom clients and presenting relevant product solutions including capital raising, cash management and risk management;

  • Executing financing transactions including syndicated credit facilities, leasing facilities, equity and debt capital markets transactions;

  • Delivering financial analyses including financial modeling and peer benchmarking analysis, to facilitate client decision-making;

  • Navigating complex processes including credit approvals, capital commitment committees, and Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer assignments.

  • Up to 15% domestic travel, as necessary.

California pay range:

$272,400 - $282,400 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
