Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Fax Services application & infrastructure operational support
  • Core focus on the AccuRoute & RightFax applications
  • Database & SQL reporting knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enterprise telephony and infrastructure operational support
  • Enterprise print infrastructure operations

Desired Qualifications

  • Able to work well with other teams including off-shore, Line of Business, & technology teams and with vendor partners
  • Works independently with general guidance
  • Experienced with ITIL
  • Automation skills to reduce manual activities
  • Must be pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible, results driven with attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
