This role is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish changes mandated by the Payment Network for the European Union, United Kingdom as well as the U.S.   Key responsibilities of the role include but not limited to: managing a team and assisting with interpreting network announcements, determining impacts related to Systems, processes, Interchange, Payment Network Fees and PIN Debit activities.  This position requires a strong organized individual able to communicate effectively and make independent decisions.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience with  payment network industry
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Experience with interpreting and analyzing Credit and Debit card payment network announcements
  • Knowledge of payment interfaces, regulation updates, card updates
  • Strong knowledge of Payment Network fees, Interchange and billing
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills
  • Effective planning, prioritization and time management acumen
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to successfully lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Execute and communicate new processes and/or procedures
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint) in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, OneNote

Additional Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Core Acquiring (Credit/Debit) industry experience
  • Knowledge and experience in payment interfaces, regulation updates  or related industry sales and consultation
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Pay range

$106,000.00 - $170,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
