The Senior Client Billing Analyst role will be responsible to drive oversight of merchant billing output and pricing accuracy to prevent operational risk exposure.  Manage ongoing pricing controls, optimize over time, enhance quality oversight performance and proactively identify possible risk introductions.  Maintain pricing process performance measurements to reduce operating risk and drive increased operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy of client billing and a clear and transparent client experience
  • Create and develop reporting on a multitude of billing elements across multiple processing platforms
  • Understand and document the various  billing processes utilized throughout the organization
  • Develop and manage a monthly billing dashboard to monitor trends and identify potential billing anomalies
  • Influence and develop controls around billing processes to prevent potential billing issues
  • Assist in remediation of identified billing issues including research, analysis, recommendation and presentation to Senior Management
  • Perform random monthly testing and sampling of client level billing and support maintenance of billing accuracy.
  • Support SPI processes, maintain process mapping and documentation.  

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Merchant Service experience
  • Strong pricing and billing knowledge set
  • Experience working with large data sets
  • SQL experience and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong organizational, analytical, time management an communication skills
  • Able to work in a team environment, with strong collaboration skills
  • Able to work independently on assigned responsibilities and prioritize multiple completing tasks
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Access) knowledge
  • B.S./B.A. preferred or equivalent work experience

New York pay and benefits information

New York pay range:

$69,000 - $103,900 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
