Job Description:
This job is responsible for to support The Academy | LATAM Lead on the regional learning curriculum. Including LATAM channels of Enterprise programs / projects.
Responsibilities:
- Handling logistics for regional curriculum, learning events, and hosting sessions.
- Supporting the regional Professional Skills offering.
- Supporting the regional Intern development curriculum.
- Vendor engagement on learning initiatives.
- Owning and maintaining the Academy LATAM Learning Catalog and specific learning pathway.
- Regional Academy communications to impacted populations.
- Owning regional Academy resources including video content and replay portfolios as applicable.
- Leading regional learning event implementation per LOB client requirements.
- Centrally engage the target regional population per LOB initiatives driven.
- Partnering across Academy for EMEA & APAC teammates for global consistency and synergy.
- Partnering with HR team on LOB bespoke learning engagements.
- Partnering with reporting team to format data for Tableau report generation.
- Following process and completing learning governance for delivery of learning.
- Vendor engagement: Purchase Orders, NDA’s, Invoice processing.
- Capacity management: Regular review and flag with process lead any opportunities to maximize / streamline.
- Academy | LATAM shared mailbox queries.
Skills:
- Experience in learning and development - ideally in the financial services organizations or at least global organizations.
- Ability to navigate in a global and matrix organization.
- Ability and desire to be hands on with strategic thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strategy planning and development.
- Written communications.
- Analytical thinking.

- Solid MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and hands-on approach.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
