Job Description:

The Philippines Fixed Income team is looking for an experienced Sales to support and cover MNCs/corporate clients. This role will also work closely with the broader APAC FX franchise.

This role requires solid understanding of FX and Rates markets. Candidates will be expected to have experience in analyzing complex situations and be capable of critical thinking in a time sensitive manner. Based in Manila, working within a busy and dynamic team, this role requires a capable individual help drive growth across the function.


  • Further grow our Philippines franchise
  • Distributes FX products to assigned account base with limited direction from senior
  • Supports the strategy to build effective client relationships and provide customized products and services to clients
  • Develops and maintains Client relationships and determines which products best meet Clients' needs
  • Studies market relationships and current market conditions to increase account/market penetration
  • Under the international context, can be the desk head for a small center managing a team of salespersons
  • Providing flows color on the desk as well as offering sale advice
  • Generating ideas and communicating them to the client base to maximize client commissions


  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance
  • 10 years of relevant experience in FX sales in the financial industry, covering corporate clients
  • Strong energy and attitude to manage the difficulty of dealing with contacts all over the world on a daily basis
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Good understanding of the global FX business and market landscape
  • Independent thinker and willing to learn from a bench of experiences sales people
  • Strong analytical skills and confident to take on a client facing role
