The Team:

This is a great opportunity to work within a diverse team,  with colleagues based across the globe. You will join a team of SMEs covering all lines of business across FICC and Equities. Your team mates have broad knowledge across Audit, Technology and Global Markets.

Role Description:

You will use your previous experience in Global Markets and Electronic Trading  Auditing to conduct  audits across multiple Lines of Business, with regular input into global work of the same nature.  This role provides a great opportunity to engage in interesting and impactful work.

Responsibilities:

As Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple areas of test work during audit activities. You will;

  • Utilise your  sound analytical skills and Global Markets Electronic Trading  expertise to execute assigned audit testing responsibilities. 

  • Lead the team to provide quality audit reports and you will share audit results with business leaders. 

  • Exercise critical thinking and judgment to effectively influence, in order to improve the control environment.

What we are looking for:

You will be experienced in Global Markets/Electronic Trading Audit, including Direct Market Access, Algorithm trading & Strategies and Sponsored Access.

• Experience in the planning, execution and evaluation of audit test plans within a risk-based audit methodology.
• Sound organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills. 
• Proven ability to successfully communicate to influence management and lead change in both strategic and tactical   initiatives.
Ability to quickly assimilate knowledge and analyse processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; attention to detail and accuracy.
• Extraordinary analytical skills; able to develop and convey a point of view.
• Adept in detailed working, and able to look broadly across a population, to develop connections and themes identifying risk and concerns.
• A flexible attitude to your work with the ability to quickly change direction, as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Knowledge of financial instruments and financial risk management principles, including exposure to Global Markets products
