Job Description:

If you are passionate about security and possess the skills and experience to make a difference, we encourage you to join us in our mission to safeguard our organization’s assets and protect against evolving cybersecurity threats. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Governance Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team within Global Information Security’s (GIS) Cyber Security Technology team. As the Product Governance Delivery Lead, you will support the team to develop and maintain the intake tools and processes, design and implement processes to ensure consistency of Product Management artifacts, act as a liaison between business and technology partners for awareness of security function activities and upcoming projects while working closely with Product Managers and Analysts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the intake tools (JSM) and processes
  • Enhance and maintain the Product Management Playbook
  • Maintain Product Catalog and Ecosystem
  • Create routines, training and playbooks for the newly expanded Business Analyst team
  • Process Design excellence work to support continuous improvement across PdM
  • Serve on the CST Operating Model Governance and Oversight - Continuous Planning Cycle, Solution Delivery Model
  • Design and implement processes to ensure consistency of Product management artifacts
  • Provide PdM data and content for monthly Business Reviews
  • Assist with Executive vendor meetings and follow up
  • Support GIS Initiative Planning activities
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing processes, tools and workflows to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of product management
  • Create consistent security function materials and routines for horizontal functions
  • Coordinate updates to the team SharePoint
  • Manage application access requests
  • Serve as point of contact for coordinating initiative activities across the CST, Program Management, and GIS PMO 

Required Qualifications:

What:

  • 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of risk management, program/project management, product owner, agile training, business support
  • Technical knowledge of Jira
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate across complex organizations
  • Can bring order to chaos
  • BPMN – business process model and notation
  • Technical writing skills

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Colorado pay and benefits information

Colorado pay range:

$65,800 - $155,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
