Responsible for assisting in the delivery of integrated credit solutions to complex high net worth clients, as well as ongoing portfolio management.  Key responsibilities include the spreading of personal financial statements and complex personal tax returns for High-Net-Worth clients in Global Leasing’s Global Corporate Aircraft Portfolio.  The candidate will partner with client-facing teammates on sales opportunities and existing portfolio reviews, providing the product expertise to deliver effective client solutions.  Job expectations include providing on-going monitoring of client portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial statement spread packages for use in the analysis of financial statements, assignment of risk ratings, and required client reviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Integral member of the Portfolio Management group assisting the Credit Underwriting and Portfolio Management teams in credit management.

  • Timely delivery of technically accurate spreads for High-Net-Worth Individuals using personal financial statements and complex tax returns to ensure loan monitoring activities and annual status review are completed within specific timeframes.

  • Ability to multitask and balance demanding timelines for new money and maintenance spread requests.

  • Consultation with Sales, Credit and Portfolio Officers on specific transaction structures for integration into spreading output.

  • Upon spread completion, initial preparation of Risk Rating Scorecards for High-Net-Worth Individual borrowers/guarantor utilizing Moody’s Credit Lens (CL), accurate updating of electronic credit files and other various systems.

  • Provide additional credit support to the GCAF PMG team, as requested.

  • As associate masters these initial tasks, there will be opportunities for added responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in the commercial banking, leasing, or finance industry.

  • A foundational knowledge of high-net-worth individual financial statements analysis and underwriting.

  • Ability to work efficiently and productively on several transactions or tasks at one time, while driving results and meeting deadlines.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis and an understanding of GAAP, cash flow analysis, and trend analysis are beneficial.

  • Prior experience in High Net Worth Underwriting

  • Prior experience in Corporate Aircraft Finance

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Moody's CreditLens - Financial Statement Spreading

  • BA Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

Rhode Island pay range:

$65,900 - $170,100 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
