Job Description:

We are seeking a self-motivated and diligent professional for the senior position of performing financial reporting and control function.   

Responsibilities:

• Review local Financial Regulatory Reporting of securities and futures business and participate in regulatory examinations, internal and external audits

• Perform reconciliation of reported balances against the general ledger or other supporting document

• Manage the funding arrangement

• Participate in the preparation of audited financial statements and direct/indirect  tax reporting  

• Responsible for month end closing process

• Maintain proper controls and manage risk well

• Support regional governance

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum of 8-10 years in related professional experience in regulatory reporting of securities and futures

• Senior broker license for Securities business is a must; and the license for Futures business is preferred.

• Experience with general ledger/regulatory reporting system (e.g. Oracle and Wmisoft)

• Good language proficiency in both English and Mandarin to be able to engage with internal and external stakeholders..

• Good analytical and organizational skills
