Job Description:
The Advisor Development Program Market Leader (ADPML) owns the Advisor Development Program and all of the participants within it in the market(s). The ADPML is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the ADP participants within the market, ensuring a consistent experience that is strictly aligned to the national program. The ADPML will drive performance results through coaching, training and performance assessments that support the development and success of all ADP roles. This position reports to the Division Advisor Development Program Executive (DAE), with direction of their aligned Market Executive(s).

Note: This role is a fully registered position with supervisory responsibility and will comply with all rules and regulations for registered and non-registered employees when coaching performance and behaviors. Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 (or equivalent) licenses are required.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

New York pay and benefits information

New York pay range:

$130,000 - $170,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
