Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing complex to high risk cross-functional and/or inter-departmental programs or projects for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness. Key responsibilities include partnering with the business to develop a plan to sustain change, evaluate current methods, and drive strategies to implement changes/improvements. Job expectations include serving as the primary point of contact to department managers for critical change initiatives, using tools to document program performance, and influencing stakeholders to make strategic changes.

This position is within the AML Platform Management and Transformation team in Global Credit, AML, and Onboarding Operations, which is central to the delivery of the AML Regulatory book of work. This position will require you to play a key role in the reduction of risk and issues facing the program, while driving organizational/program compliance and operational excellence. On a daily basis, the candidate filling this role will engage with the Front-Line Units, Global Operations, Global Financial Crimes, Corporate Audit and Technology partners to analyze existing and emerging/potential issues, understand infrastructure models, understand compliance requirements, have the ability to propose meaningful and sustainable solutions, and own/execute action plans through resolution. This includes preparing implementation and sustainability evidence in conjunction with issue owners, 2nd and 3rd line control partners. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that enjoys working in a complex and fast paced program/environment.
The Team:
The AML Platform Management and Transformation team is responsible for a number of technical delivery-based activities that co-ordinate technical solutions and outcomes to satisfy AML Operational, Business and Financial Crimes requirements.
