Job Description

The Market Executive for Latin America will be responsible for the Commercial Banking Subsidiaries business in the region, managing the sales team (Relationship Managers on the ground). It includes to provide support and guidance over the GCB metrics to the team, such as support and mentoring the team to reach the goals. The Market Executive for Latam will manage a team-coverage over Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Argentina and other countries in the region and will report to the GCB International Regional Executive (based in London).

Requirements

  • Robust experience in Commercial Banking.
  • Proven track record of prospecting new business and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Professional proven sales skills and experience, including planning, execution and follow up of client meetings.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates leadership ability.
  • Capable of organizing, facilitating, leading and negotiating with team of bank associates to solve client problems.
  • Bilingual (English/Portuguese) a must. Spanish will be a plus;
