Job Description:

The successful candidate will be part of the Equities execution team. The execution side of equities is a very dynamic in nature and a historically strong execution team has helped us to differentiate ourselves from the competitors. Candidate will be required to work with colleagues and clients (global & local) as an execution consultant, helping them deliver on their specific needs. The candidate will also be expected to work closely with regional & local technology & Quant partners to ensure seamless platform for the execution. Also closely work with settlement / documentation teams for smooth settlement process. Addition to that- regular connect with exchanges, local compliance, risk & legal teams for regulatory updates/ implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the execution team as we all directly taking the execution responsibilities & independent client coverage across all clients trading India.
• Exhaustive understanding of Algos & execution platforms.
• Understanding the architecture of overall execution platform & interact regularly with technology teams to enhance/ modify platform and processes.
• Daily co-ordination with settlements and on-boarding teams both pre and post trade to ensure a smooth settlement process for client trades.
• Helping the regional teams to cover ASEAN markets.
• Help clients to get FX for Asean markets if required.
• Handling of trades in Derivative segment.

Requirements:

• Post Graduate degree in an area such as finance, technology economics/ business.
• An understanding of equity cash and derivative products and general understanding of market dynamics/ structure.
• Excellent communication, and organization skills; candidate must be very detail oriented and a good handle on applications like Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Ability to multi-task, and adaptable in a constantly dynamic environment.
• Must be self-driven and comfortable working in a team environment.
• Candidate should also be able to communicate with local & regional tech teams.
