Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

Process Overview

The Global Markets NFRR - Equity Aggregation is responsible for the preparation and submission of the  NFRR reports on periodic basis and share with the Line of business. Key activities include - Generating the report from the GRRS application- Performing and Analyzing data quality checks- Investigate data issues found- Perform manual adjustments if any- Get signoff from relevant stake holders on the report generated- Archival of Submission and Supporting Documentation

Job Description

As part of the Bank of America Merrill Lynch GBAM Ops, the incumbent will be a part for Global Markets NFRR - Equity Aggregation Team in India

Responsibilities

Development – Design and develop solution using Alteryx, Tableau, and SharePoint technologies.

Design – Coordinate with business to understand end-to-end flow and necessary infra changes needed and coordinate with technology partner on the same.

Project Management - Ability to prioritize the deliveries as per business requirement to meet timelines.

Stakeholder Management - Coordinate with stakeholders to bring transparency around project progress, timelines.

Gathering requirements and Impact analysis

Preparing BRD/ FRD/ Test cases/ Test Plan/ other business and techno-functional documents

Handle Front to End UAT/ SIT / postproduction support.

BAU Issues Management

Coordinate calls and partner with Middle Office, Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Technical teams for successful implementations of deliveries.

Part of Alteryx, Tableau, Python communities within and outside firm, contribute on those platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

Education: - Graduation: B.Tech/ BE in computers / Post Graduation MBA in Finance, IT

Experience Range: Years of experience required is 11 years to 14 years   with relevant experience

Foundational skills

Strong hands-on knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, and SharePoint

Strong technical background and experience interfacing with technical teams

Knowledge of SQL / Python, machine learning algorithms 

Knowledge of Global Markets businesses/Regulatory reporting and controls is a plus

Desired skills

Ability to prepare BRD/ Test cases

Excel Skills: Ability to perform excel functions

PowerPoint Skill: Ability to prepare presentations like 4-blocker

Location - Gurgaon/Hyderabad

Shift timings - 12:30 PM to 09:30 PM IST
