Job Description:
This job is responsible for handling day-to-day Operations processes and working towards deadlines. Key responsibilities include completing all workflows, providing guidance to other team members, assisting internal business partners, and providing functional expertise. Job expectations include performing routine and various item processing functions under moderate supervision within a process that has built-in checks and balances.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular reconciliation of bank internal / external accounts
  • Monitor exceptions in Holdover account, Suspense account, OD account, Frontier report, Aged entry, etc, take timely actions and make proper escalations
  • Contributes to overall success of an Operations team as an individual contributor
  • Handles operational activities and queries for either single or multiple Lines of Business across the enterprise
  • Adheres to deadlines set internally within the business unit or those in agreed Service Level Agreements with internal or external business partners
  • Provides functional expertise knowledge to projects or initiatives relating to the business unit
  • Maintains internal operational and financial controls and works within the risk appetite of the business unit
  • Continues to review processes to ensure they are efficient and implements process improvement opportunities
  • Be responsible for client account opening/ maintenance /closing documentation review, system input and filing
  • Maintain  client information database for downstream system interfacing and regulatory reporting.  
  • Support SH Credit admin team to handover and keep credit documentation
  • Handle internal and external reporting as per requirement
  • Handle client account related enquiry
  • Coordinate related teams to complete client Audit confirmation
  • Participate new project and system upgrade UAT testing for client information related categories
  • Handle Court/PSB online and onsite inquiry and revert consolidated result
  • Support business project and be able to contribute in various project stages including requirement, testing etc., aiming to make proper changes into production
  • With sound risk sense to identify exception and with joints/independent efforts to address the risks

Minimum Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree best with major in Finance and Accounting related
